Love fixing things that aren't broken... but could be a whole lot better? We're working with a brilliant, fast-growing group that's looking for someone to help transform the way it operates. And this isn't one of those jobs where you'll spend six months writing strategies, building presentations and sitting in meetings talking about change. You'll actually be making it happen! Our client is investing heavily in its people, systems and technology as it continues to grow, and this newly created opportunity will put you right at the centre of that journey. What's the opportunity? You'll be the person who spots inefficiencies, challenges outdated processes and finds smarter ways of doing things. Think systems, automation, data, integrations and operational improvements. You'll work closely with senior leadership, have genuine autonomy to influence decisions and, most importantly, see the impact of your work across the business. What will you be doing? * Leading exciting business improvement and technology projects. * Finding opportunities to automate processes and eliminate unnecessary manual work. * Improving systems, workflows and the way teams operate. * Turning data into meaningful insights and dashboards. * Helping different technologies and platforms work better together. * Taking ideas from initial concept right through to successful implementation. Who are we looking for? Our client aren't obsessed with fancy job titles or endless qualifications. We're looking for a naturally curious problem-solver who understands technology, loves improving processes and gets a real buzz from making businesses better. You'll ideally bring experience in project delivery, business transformation, systems implementation or operational improvement. Knowledge of CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft 365, automation tools or systems integration would be a big advantage. Experience in professional services would be great, but your ability to get things done matters more! Why should you be interested? Because opportunities to genuinely shape how a growing business operates don't come around every day. You'll have: * £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary * Direct exposure to senior decision-makers. * The freedom to challenge, innovate and introduce new ideas. * A growing business with genuine investment in technology and transformation. * The opportunity to make a visible, measurable difference. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It's for someone who looks at a process and thinks, "Surely there's a better way of doing this?" And then goes and proves it.
