We are working with a growing business looking to bring in a Sales Administrator who can keep things moving, keep things organised, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks once a deal is agreed. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the sales team by finalising deals once agreed
- Collating and organising documentation to ensure everything is accurate and complete
- Setting up customer files and maintaining internal databases
- Managing the set-up of Direct Debits and ensuring correct financial details are in place
- Acting as a key point of contact between sales, operations, and customers
- Keeping records clean, up to date, and audit-ready
- Providing general admin support across the business as it continues to grow

- Previous experience in an admin or sales support role
