🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: £26,500 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £37,000+)

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious New Business Executive to join a growing employee-owned Payroll and Accountancy business in Bramhall. This is a fantastic time to join the team as the company continues to expand its client base and strengthen relationships with recruitment partners across the UK.

What You\\\’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and converting them into active business.
• Providing clear and professional explanations of payroll services and payslip queries.
• Ensuring every contractor receives a world-class first impression.
• Working to agreed SLAs to maximise conversion rates (target 80%+ across payroll solutions).
• Following up on electronic sign-ups and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services (e.g., accountancy, financial partners).
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and recruitment partners.
• Contributing ideas and energy to team meetings and growth strategy discussions.

About You
