South Manchester | £26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£37,000 OTE) | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

The Opportunity

This is a high-energy sales role focused on converting warm leads into new business. You'll be speaking with contractors daily, helping them understand their options, explaining payslips, and recommending the most suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Converting inbound and referred leads into new clients
  • Managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups
  • Explaining umbrella, CIS, and payroll solutions clearly
  • Driving cross-sales across additional financial services
  • Building strong relationships with contractors and recruitment agencies
  • Delivering an exceptional onboarding experience

Success in this role comes from combining sales ability with excellent customer service.
