The Role:As Business Development Manager, you’ll spearhead growth by promoting a suite of outsourced back-office solutions, including SaaS platforms and funding products, to recruitment agencies and supplier organisations. You’ll thrive in a consultative sales environment, educating clients on how your product offering solves real operational challenges.
What You’ll Do:- Identify and engage new business through cold calling, networking, and lead gen
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers
- Tailor solutions that address complex operational needs
- Own the sales pipeline from first contact to close and beyond
- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Track progress and outcomes in the CRM and report on KPIs
- Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target overachievement
- Exceptional communication, pitching and negotiation skills
- Confidence in managing client relationships at all stages
- Experience with CRMs and sales tech tools
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
- Bonus: Familiarity with back-office systems or SaaS platforms
- Up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission
