A fast-growing funding and financial solutions business helping SMEs access the finance they need to grow is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to develop its presence across the South of England.
This is a relationship-led sales role focused on building and developing a network of introducers, brokers, accountants and professional partners who can refer funding opportunities.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key relationships and supporting clients throughout the funding journey.
Working closely with internal teams and an extensive lender panel, you'll help businesses secure the right funding solutions while driving revenue growth across your region.

Key Responsibilities Build and develop a network of brokers, introducers, accountants and strategic partners across the South of England.
Generate new funding opportunities through proactive, relationship-led business development.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.
Attend client meetings, networking events and industry conferences to grow your network and identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within the CRM system.
Act as a professional ambassador for the business within the commercial finance market.
Experience within commercial finance, business lending, invoice finance, recruitment funding, asset finance, banking or a related sector.
A proven track record in business development, account management or relationship management.
Existing relationships with brokers, introducers, accountants or other professional service networks (desirable).
Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for helping businesses access funding and achieve their growth ambitions.
