This is a strategic Customer Success position where you'll become a trusted advisor to business owners and senior stakeholders across the recruitment sector. You'll be responsible for: Managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts. Building strong, long-term relationships with founders, directors and senior decision-makers. Leading regular business reviews to drive customer engagement and growth. Identifying churn risks and implementing proactive retention strategies. Driving customer adoption and increasing utilisation of the company's funding and technology solutions. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Credit and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Acting as the voice of the customer to help shape future products and services.
