As part of continued growth, theyre now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to build and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency clients while developing a strong contractor network across multiple sectors.

The Role

This is a pure growth role focused on winning new recruitment agency partnerships and developing long-term contractor relationships. Youll be responsible for identifying opportunities within the recruitment market, building trusted relationships with agency decision-makers, and positioning the business as a strategic workforce partner rather than just another payroll provider.

Alongside agency development, youll also grow your own contractor portfolio, supporting workers through onboarding and engagement solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships with recruitment agencies across the UK
  • Build and manage a portfolio of contractors across multiple sectors
  • Generate opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and relationship-led business development
  • Promote workforce solutions including PAYE, CIS, EOR/PEO, compliance, and funding services
  • Work closely with internal onboarding and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Become a trusted advisor to agency clients on workforce engagement and contractor management
  • Maintain regular contact with contractors to maximise retention and referrals
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
