One of our clients, a well-backed, high-volume umbrella payroll provider, is looking for a driven, entry-level Business Development Manager to join their sales team in London. They’re part of a larger group with serious backing, fully accredited, and well-positioned ahead of upcoming legislation changes. If you’ve got 1–2 years of sales experience (any industry), and you’re confident cold calling, booking meetings, and chasing new business, this could be your next move.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and winning new clients in the contracting and recruitment space
- Making outbound calls and booking meetings
- Attending client meetings (some Fridays included)
- Working closely with an experienced sales manager and wider commercial team
What they’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience
- Not necessarily from payroll – fresh eyes from other sectors are welcome
- Confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone
- Based in or around London, able to be in the office 2–3 days a week
- Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive mindset
