We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice in Derbyshire for an experienced Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practice professional looking to progress within a supportive environment.
The Role
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services while supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
- Reviewing accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Assisting the Practice Manager with workflow and client delivery
- Maintaining strong client relationships
About You
- Minimum of 3 years experience within an accountancy practice
- Confident in preparing and reviewing accounts independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
