This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing a high-performing onboarding team and ensuring new customers receive an exceptional experience from the moment they join.
You'll play a pivotal role in developing processes, driving performance and working collaboratively across the business to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the Customer Onboarding team.
Oversee the end-to-end customer onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Review and enhance onboarding processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer transitions.
Manage team performance, workload planning and resource allocation.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
Drive a customer-first culture while balancing commercial objectives.
About You We're looking for someone with: Previous experience managing a customer onboarding, customer success or customer operations team.
Strong people management and coaching skills.
Experience using KPIs and performance data to drive improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience within payroll, umbrella payroll, recruitment, financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
