We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Support & CRM Coordinator to support a busy sales leadership team and keep our CRM running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day sales administration and support to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate client meetings, sales reports and incentive processes
- Maintain and improve the sales CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
- Produce ad-hoc reports and support data updates as required
- Manage marketing material databases and internal stock systems
- Organise quarterly sales meetings and team events
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM and sales processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales support or administration (preferred)
- Confident using CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
