We’re working with a well-established umbrella payroll provider looking to hire an Internal Client Relationship Manager to support growth across small to mid-sized recruitment agencies. This is a telephone and email-led role, focused on building agency relationships, generating referrals, and managing accounts to a high service standard.

The role:

  • Develop and grow relationships with recruitment agencies supplying temporary contractors
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails and referrals
  • Manage and grow an existing agency account base
  • Handle inbound enquiries from prospective agencies
  • Provide guidance to agencies on umbrella services and industry legislation
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data on CRM
  • Occasionally attend client meetings or hospitality events

Targets & KPIs:

  • Minimum 40 outbound calls per day or 2 hours talk time
  • Actively manage a prospect base of c.200 agencies
  • Grow accounts to 100 first paid contractors per month
  • Strong focus on service quality and relationship development
