We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a small team while driving growth across a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll manage daily operations, coach your team, and work closely with clients to expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow account enquiries and increase referrals across your patch
- Act as main contact for consultants and resolve queries with support team
- Maintain CRM records, account mappings, and competitor insights
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver training where required
- Lead, coach, and manage the ICRM team, setting goals and monitoring KPIs
- Support social media and marketing initiatives for client engagement
- Attend occasional face-to-face agency visits and hospitality events
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in Umbrella or similar sector
- Experience hitting daily call and sales targets
- Strong team management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
