This role is perfect for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to take on a more active role in coordinating a small team and shaping how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure that campaigns are aligned with wider business goals. You’ll also support the day-to-day development of the Product Marketing Team - providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10) schedule, allowing staff employees to enjoy compressed working hours and have every other Friday off.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product launch campaigns with internal teams including marketing, sales, and R&D.
- Assist in developing clear and effective product messaging and positioning strategies.
- Help create and maintain key marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
- Contribute to market research activities to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to ensure product messaging is consistent across all platforms.
- Manage timelines and tasks for product marketing projects, helping keep campaigns on track.
- Maintain up-to-date product content across digital channels and marketing platforms.
- Monitor the performance of product marketing initiatives and suggest improvements where needed.
- Support product-focused events and exhibitions, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Contribute to internal communications relating to new product launches and updates.
- Assist with improving marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Product Marketing Team, offering feedback and development support.
- Lead regular team check-ins and 1:1s to keep work aligned and encourage continuous improvement.
We ask that you have proven experience in product marketing and delivering successful product campaigns, ideally within technical or B2B environments. You’ll have strong project coordination skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines. Importantly, you’ll have experience managing or supervising others - formally or informally. You may have led a small team or played a key role in supporting colleagues in previous roles, and you’ll feel confident providing guidance, giving feedback, and helping others grow.
