Nursery Practitioner: We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Early Years Teacher / Nursery Practitioner with a passion for childhood education to join our exceptional team at our brand new & purpose-built, flagship Montessori nursery in the heart of Gerrards Cross (1min walk from train station with direct links to Ruislip, Northolt, Wembley & Paddington). Key Responsibilities and Roles: * Plan and implement activities that foster development in line with the Montessori philosophy * Observe and assess children’s development * Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months – 5 years old * Communicate with parents and caregivers and collaborate with team members * 40 hours p/w daycare (closed for bank holidays and 2 weeks over Christmas) Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (preferable) * Experience in a nursery setting as an Early Years Teacher; Montessori experience is a plus * Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills Benefits: * Competitive salary + benefits (£24-29k p.a. based on experience) * Enhanced holidays, childcare discounts & breakfast clubs * Education, training and career progression
