An exciting opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Telford on a full time, permanent basis! As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure warehouse administration roles are done accurately and in a timely fashion so that discrepancies are identified early enough to be dealt with efficiently.
Salary: Β£25,445 per annum, plus Β£1,500 Banked Hours, plus Β£1,000 attendance bonus.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:
- Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork.
- Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE.
- Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices.
- To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols.
- Order entry as required.
- Creation of Xdock pre-advices for the Xdock process.
- Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets.
- Emailing EPODS to depots.
- Printing of European McBurney labels.
- Booking in trailers on to the board.
- Completing yard sweeps with yard shunters.
- Assisting with any other duties required.
Qualifications:
- Administration experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision.
- Able to manage own time to achieve daily targets efficiently and effectively.
- IT skills β WMS and other systems, MS Office packages (especially Excel).
