Job Description: We're looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our CML team in Telford, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK. This is a permanent day driving role offering full-time stability, and the opportunity to be part of a trusted logistics operation. You'll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day. Shift patterns available:

• 4 on 4 off Days (start times between 07:00 - 12:00)
• 5 on 3 off Nights (start time between 07:00 - 12:00)

Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volume.

Pay rates: Our HGV Drivers have strong earning potential, with OTE earnings ranging from £41,756 to £52,000 depending on shift pattern, overtime and applicable allowances.

What you'll be doing:

• Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
• Complete nationwide deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres, often load and unload where required using PPT equipment.
• Report to the Transport team at the start of each shift and keep them updated on delays, delivery issues or load discrepancies.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure PODs are signed and returned to the Transport Office.
• Follow company procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage your working time in line with the Road Transport Directive and tachograph rules.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects correctly and take responsibility for your unit and trailer, including temperature checks where required.
• Maintain a professional standard of behaviour, appearance and customer service at all times.
• Take advantage of night-out runs where available, if this is something you are interested in.

Qualifications:

• Possession of LGV Class C+E Licence and valid DCPC.
• Minimum 6 months experience driving LGV.
• Full UK Driving License.
