Youll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.If you take pride in doing the job properly, delivering great service and representing the business professionally on the road, wed love to hear from you.Shift patterns available4 on 4 off Nights (start times between 18:00 03:00)5 on 3 off Nights (start time between 18:00 03:00)Due to the nature of the products being delivered, our drivers will have 3 hour start windows to ensure they are flexible depending on volumePay ratesOur HGV Drivers have strong earning potential, with OTE earnings ranging from £41756 to £52000 depending on shift pattern, overtime and applicable allowances.What youll be doing:Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.Complete nationwide deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres, oftenLoad and unload where required using PPT equipment.Report to the Transport team at the start of each shift and keep them updated on delays, delivery issues or load discrepancies.Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure PODs are signed and returned to the Transport Office.Follow company procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.Manage your working time in line with the Road Transport Directive and tachograph rules.Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects correctly and take responsibility for your unit and trailer, including temperature checks where required.Maintain a professional standard of behaviour, appearance and customer service at all times.Take advantage of night-out runs where available, if this is something you are interested in.Qualifications What were looking for:Valid C+E Licence.Current valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph cards.Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.Newly qualified drivers will be considered if you show the right attitude and willingness to learn.No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DD or DR code convictions.Good understanding of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.Ability to complete vehicle checks and report defects correctly.Commitment to on-site health and safety requirements.Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.Additional Information Why join us?Youll be joining a supportive transport operation with permanent, stable work and the chance to build a long-term driving career with a trusted logistics business.Permanent, full-time employment.Night shift work with clear start-time windows.Supportive transport team and structured ways of working.Opportunity to work with well-known retail customers.Potential night-out runs for drivers who want them.A professional environment where safety, compliance and service standards matter.TPBN1_UKTJ
