Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Warehouse Operative to join our Lutterworth team, supporting a busy retail warehouse operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, from 12:00pm (Noon) to 12:00am (Midnight). The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 5 degrees. You will also be operating in a high-level racking environment of up to 14 metres, so confidence and experience using a Reach Truck at height is essential.
Salary: £28289.76 per annum plus allowances (Attendance Allowance - £1000 per year and Banked hours allowance of £1500 per year).
