Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, The Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Site CI plan, acting as a PMO for site whilst also supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy. The individual will help to facilitate change activity on site to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People benefits encouraging colleague participation. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.30 Key Duties of a Continuous Improvement Practitioner: Monitoring and supporting the delivery of the site CI plan working with site teams and the CLL Regional CI Manager(s) and broader Projects team; ensuring all site CI activity goes through the appropriate Gateways and sign off. Responsible for reporting progress, risks, issues and benefits relating to all site based CI and Project activity (Project Management Office, PMO). Work with site colleagues to identify opportunities to deliver improvements to health and safety, quality, cost, service and engagement which will feed into the site CI plan (supported by the Regional CI Manager). Track and report on benefits identified and realised locally at site; support more effective site resource planning to further realise bottom line improvement working with the site Planning and Senior teams.
