- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Prepare planning applications, drawings and necessary documentation
- Collaborate with architects and other members of the design team
- Coordinate information with external consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities
- Undertake site visits, surveys and inspections
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, relevant standards and industry best practice
- Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration

Due to our increasing workload, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Architect and Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) to join our team., Extensive experience within a UK architectural practice - Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
- Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit and other relevant software
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Sketch Up for the preparation of 3D visualisations is advantageous
- Applicants must hold ARB / RIBA / MCIAT membership
