Salary: Β£75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

  • We need 10+ years of experience in a data-driven or business intelligence role, with strong commercial awareness and a relevant degree in Data, Maths, Stats, or a similar field.
  • We strongly prefer experience working with mobile apps, digital tech, or gaming platforms, with an understanding of app-based user behavior and digital monetization levers.
  • We need strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • We value proven experience building dashboard and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker.
  • We need exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
  • We need someone who is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and has the leadership mindset needed to establish data governance.
  • We require strong business English; spoken Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK, with no sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • We will have you spearhead data-informed decision-making across our business.
  • We need you to go beyond raw metrics to deliver deep-dive monthly and comparative trend analyses that connect user behavior to monetization and channel strategies.
  • We will rely on you to act as the bridge between complex data and business execution, translating quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • We want you to audit, refine, and clean up our reporting frameworks to ensure data reliability and accuracy, and to establish robust process controls that mitigate operational risk.
  • We will have you take ownership of our data environment and establish data oversight standards as the business grows.
  • We need you to help build, scale, and maintain dashboards across departments and evaluate and transition our data tools as our platform needs evolve.
  • We expect you to work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Executive teams to improve user engagement, app monetization, and operational efficiency.
  • We may require you to manage and scale a broader data team over time.
  • Occasional international travel to our global offices may be required.
