Reporting directly to the Director of Global Security, you will monitor emerging threats, protect executives, and safeguard our talent pipeline by evaluating applicant suitability.

What You’ll Do
- Synthesize threat intelligence: monitor open-source platforms, forums, and real-time feeds to identify, analyze, and neutralize hostile threat information.
- Drive executive protection in partnership with the Chief Security Officer and Lead Corporate Investigator, providing rapid-response intelligence for protective services and investigations.
- Inform leadership: produce high-quality, weekly intelligence assessments and briefings that distill complex behavioral patterns and global security threats into clear strategies for senior leaders.
- Safeguard talent integrity: review and adjudicate background-check data, verifying applicant suitability while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Evolve OSINT capabilities: continuously refine analytical procedures and integrate cutting-edge investigation technologies.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of dedicated experience conducting OSINT and writing threat-intelligence assessments.
- Expertise in analytics, digital-footprint tracking, and navigating online subcultures, internet slang, and emerging communication platforms.
- Knowledge of background-check adjudication, public-records navigation, and legal criteria governing employment suitability.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- BA or BS in Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related field; OSINT certifications are highly desirable.
- Exceptional mental agility, keen attention to detail, and composure required to execute mission-critical tasks in a high-pressure environment.
