What You'll Do:
- Support and onboard customers and carriers to our hosting facilities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic billing inquiries.
- Create and submit Remedy tickets to engage internal teams for connectivity solutions.
- Accurately input and manage data across various systems (Enterprise Data Base, CRM, SharePoint, etc.).
- Utilize automation tools for provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Learn connectivity billing procedures and respond to customer questions.
- Beginner-level analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of connectivity or hosting procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established processes while applying critical thinking when needed.
- Proficiency in data entry and management across multiple systems.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in network connectivity, telecom, or IT infrastructure. This could include the ability to manage multiple client related projects in parallel, updating the CRM system, creating, maintaining and updatingtTrackers e.g. Smartsheet; and providing concise updates to stakeholders.
- Experience with WAN, LAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
- Familiarity with Telecom carriers and Data Centers.
