The Project Coordinator 1 is an entry-level position that serves as the central nervous system for our Belfast office. Our Collaboration Systems Business Operations Office is the principal network point for internal and external communications, ensuring the seamless function of a key node in our global network. - Financial Management - Assisting with annual budget/capital management, expense reporting, invoice reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and creating detailed reports on departmental spend.
- Project & Data Analysis - Collating and analysing project data, labour hours, training data (for government funding), and synthesising complex data sets into clear, professional presentations and management reports.
- Operational Support - Supporting Facilities Management, Real Estate Planning, Physical Security, Asset Management, and Procurement.
- Communications & Events - Creating and distributing the weekly site email update, managing internal and external events (planning costs, scheduling, catering), and supporting corporate communications.
- Business Strategy - Contributing to Business Continuity planning and Early Career Program initiatives.
