CME is looking for a strategic Agile Coach to lead the global evolution of our Product Operating Model (POM). This role is unique: you will merge the principles of Flow and Systems Thinking with the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence. You will act as the primary change agent who designs the systems of work for a high-impact portfolio, ensuring that our teams are not just "doing agile," but are augmented by AI to achieve unprecedented velocity and customer-centricity. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical depth, systemic thinking, and the cross-cultural leadership necessary to align global stakeholders toward a unified vision of customer-centricity.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Augmented Flow Orchestration: Design processes that leverage AI to monitor flow, predict bottlenecks, and automate administrative overhead. You will help teams move from reactive problem-solving to proactive system optimization.
- Strategic Influence: Build trust-based partnerships with executive leaders in London, Chicago, and Bangalore. You will navigate complex dynamics to drive alignment on WIP (Work in Progress) limits and outcome-based road mapping without the need for formal authority.
- Drive a Data-Driven Culture: You will be responsible for the accuracy and transparency of delivery metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, and Flow Efficiency) across the global portfolio, ensuring that data-driven decisions replace anecdotal evidence.
- Technical Credibility (DevOps + AI): Bridge the gap between the POM and our technical backbone. You will coach pods on integrating AI-driven development practices (e.g., Google Code Assist, automated testing) and DevOps principles to reduce toil and increase deployment frequency.
- Capability Stacking & Learning: Lead global Community of Practice sessions to share institutional knowledge. You will reverse-engineer local successes into global standards, ensuring the organization learns at the speed of its fastest-moving pods.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in enterprise transformation (Agile and Non Agile focused), with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, global initiatives.
- Transformation Leadership: 5 + years of experience delivering large-scale transformational/change programs in complex enterprise environments.
- AI & Technical Literacy: Deep familiarity with GenAI tools, LLM applications in the SDLC, DevOps, and Cloud infrastructure. You should be able to coach a developer on AI-augmented coding just as easily as you coach a Director on strategic roadmapping.
- Lean Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Lean Product Management (Itamar Gilad, Marty Cagan) and Flow principles (ProKanban, SAFe).
- Global Leadership: Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching styles to different cultural and operational contexts (US/India/UK), ensuring high psychological safety and engagement in a remote/distributed environment.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to manage a schedule that allows for periodic synchronization with US and India time zones.
- Certifications: While we value experience over credentials, advanced certifications in SAFe (SPC), ProKanban (PKM), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), or specialized DevOps/Cloud certifications are a plus.
