An established and respected financial services business is looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to support its team of advisers and deliver a first-class experience to clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Processing client requests and assisting with ongoing servicing requirements.
  • Managing correspondence and responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting regulatory and compliance processes through accurate record keeping.
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and colleagues to facilitate efficient case progression.
