Have you gained previous administration experience within the property industry? Interested in transferring your property administration experience into a brand new industry? Duties will include:
- Administering the day to day processes related to property portfolios.
- Working within SLA's.
- Processing and maintaining records relating to rental income, borrowing repayments and other property transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Assisting with arranging insurance, valuations, leases and other property related processes.
- Providing quality service to clients and build a rapport with those you have regular contact with.
- Managing own workload.
- Regularly chasing outstanding documentation.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous property administration experience is desirable.
- Methodical with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
