An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced designer to join a growing firm and be responsible for leading or contributing to the design and delivery of commercial projects. Whether you're an experienced midweight designer, looking for the next step in your career or already managing design projects, this is a chance to grow your influence within a supportive, dynamic and ambitious team.
Duties
- Developing creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief.
- Producing presentation packs, mood boards and visuals.
- Coordinating design packages and technical drawings.
- Applying knowledge of current UK building regulations and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle.
- Supporting pitches and proposals.
About You
- You MUST have 3+ years experience within commercial design.
- Strong space planning and visual presentation skills.
- Competence with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp or Revit a bonus).
- Familiarity with UK building regulations.
- Proactive and a collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
