Our client, a world-leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Administrator to join their busy Production Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who enjoys working with systems, spreadsheets and processes. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential - we are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and confidence to work closely with teams across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Create and update production orders
- Support production planning activities
- Produce reports and maintain accurate data
- Update information within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Liaise with planning, manufacturing and office teams
- Help ensure information is accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration, coordination, logistics or office support experience
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Comfortable learning new systems
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Manufacturing, engineering or logistics experience
- ERP system experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or similar)
