Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design of robotic cells, End of Arm Tooling (EOAT), fixtures, and machine structures using Solid Works and 3D CAD from initial concept to commissioning.
Select and integrate mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum components into automation systems, applying DFMA principles for cost-effective and reliable solutions.
Support workshop assembly, testing, site installation, and commissioning activities, including occasional travel to customer sites across the UK.
Oversee technical documentation and PDM systems, providing technical guidance and engineering change control across the business.
