We're currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Melksham, who are looking to expand their production team with skilled technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book in 2025/2026, a great team environment, and a reputation for high-quality, specialist electronic products. What You'll Be Doing: Assembling and manufacturing electronic products to specification Working with soldering irons, handheld crimp tools, and heat-shrink materials Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams Following build procedures and adhering to health & safety standards Collaborating with the test team on inspections and in-process testing Highlighting and reporting any build issues to the Production SupervisorWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production assembly Confident with hand tools, soldering, and crimping Able to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings A qualification in Electronics or Engineering is advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitudeWhat's On Offer: Salary between £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) 28 days holiday Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Day shift hours (Monday-Friday, with flexible start/finish options) Clean, modern production environment Immediate interviews available
