The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent night shift. Working Pattern

Sunday: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Monday to Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am
39 hours per week Permanent Night Shift

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help maintain production output while contributing to a clean, organised, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Carry out routine checks and basic adjustments to equipment where required.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Identify and report any quality, safety, or equipment issues.
  • Ensure products are manufactured to the required specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement activities within the production department.
