Would you love to join a well-respected and market-leading company in Devizes? If so, then we would love to hear from you! Our prestigious client is currently recruiting an experienced Procurement Executive to join their hardworking and growing team in Devizes. You will be supporting the Procurement Team in planning the inbound and outbound stock, whilst controlling and managing the movement of all stock order from supplier to warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Manage and complete all international import processes and procedures Chasing and checking all shipping related documents Monitoring stock levels Placing orders and liaising with suppliers Updating the in-house CRM Reporting any issues in the supply chain to minimise problems Liaising with couriers Chasing suppliers and service providers Order in bespoke samples Nook deliveries with the warehouse General administrationPerson specification: Previous procurement/purchasing experience Professional and polite manner Work well under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Methodical, logical, and organised approach Sound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4.30pm and there is free on-site parking for staff. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team where you will receive excellent training and support, but also the opportunity to become an integral part of the team. Due to the client\’s location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
