We are supporting an established business in Chippenham who is looking to add to their payroll team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for administering end-to-end payroll services.
Alongside the payroll service, you will be responsible for providing auto enrolment service which will include making assessments, providing notices, liaising with pension providers and registering with The Pension Regulator., * End-to-end calculation for a portfolio of client payrolls on weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles.

Administer pensions and submissions to providers.

Submission of CIS returns.

Calculating holiday, parental pay, notice pay etc.

Dealing with all levels of client queries.

Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs on a regular basis.
Do you have at least one years experience of working within payroll?, The role will suit an enthusiastic and organised individual with experience working as a payroll administrator. You will have excellent communication skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.?
It is preferred that you are familiar with IRIS Payroll, however this is not essential as training will be provided., * Professional payroll qualification is preferred but not essential.
