An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced designer to join a growing firm and be responsible for leading or contributing to the design and delivery of commercial projects. Duties will include:
- Developing creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief.
- Producing presentation packs, mood boards and visuals.
- Coordinating design packages and technical drawings.
- Applying knowledge of current UK building regulations and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle.
- Supporting pitches and proposals.
About You:
- You MUST have 3+ years experience within commercial design.
- Strong space planning and visual presentation skills.
- Competence with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp or Revit a bonus).
- Familiarity with UK building regulations.
- Proactive and a collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
