Have you gained previous administration experience within an HR environment? Interested in a 3 - 6 month temporary contract within a friendly HR team? An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join a dynamic organisation and provide temporary support to their HR team. You will have the chance to assist with the administration of their various recruitment campaigns and projects.
Duties will include:
- Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process
- Supporting with internal and external inquiries
- Maintaining HR records
- Creating letters and contracts from templates
- Assisting the HR Team with ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting with data collection and mail merge letters
Candidate Specification:
- Ideally minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role in Human Resources
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail is vital
