Our client, who specialises in security solutions, is currently requiring a Service Engineer to provide ongoing maintenance, support, and servicing of security systems and electrical solutions for their established customer base across the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Conducting scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to existing customer sites across the region
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems and electrical solutions
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with standard practice, policies, and procedures
- Provide effective and accurate service reports and documentation
- Training customers on system updates and ensuring necessary company documentation is signed
- Provide accurate communication to service admin and managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services during site visits
- Manage your own schedule and travel efficiently between customer sites
- Participate in the out-of-hours support team and respond swiftly to out-of-hours calls to customers
The ideal candidate will have a form of engineering or electrical/electronics qualification with previous, proven experience in the Security industry or similar related industry maintaining and servicing systems. A full UK driving licence is essential for this regional role.
