This is a technically varied role supporting manufacturing, overhaul, testing, fault finding and new product introduction, acting as the key link between Engineering and Operations. The Role You ll provide specialist engineering support across the workshop, helping resolve complex technical issues, improve processes and introduce new products, equipment and technologies. Key responsibilities include: Advanced fault finding across electrical, refrigeration and HVAC systems. Supporting production, testing and overhaul teams with technical issues. Developing and improving test procedures, work instructions and technical documentation. Supporting product trials, testing and validation activities. Setting up and optimising production cells, tooling and processes. Supporting new product introduction and engineering improvements. Developing and commissioning test equipment.
