We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and innovative client based in Bath, who is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in a commercial, customer-focused environment.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to completion, while liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery. This is a dynamic, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate internal teams
  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotations and processing customer orders
  • Monitoring production schedules and providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Allocating stock and initiating the despatch process
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Planning, Quality, and Design to coordinate project requirements
  • Supporting with customer documentation, including traceability and compliance records
