Are you an experienced accounting professional who is immediately available or on a short notice period?
Do you enjoy the variety of both accounting and office management duties?
Interested in joining a dynamic business on a 12 month (maybe longer) fixed term contract?
Our client is a well established business and they are looking to recruit a Finance Office Manager on a contract basis. The role is broad and covers several functions which include the below key elements:
Day to day management of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Production of Financial reports for analysis by Senior Manager.
First line for all banking requirements.
Administration of Payroll.
Month End and Group Quarterly P&L submission.
Creation of budget and outlook submission.
Day-to-day management of import and export movements; all shipment documentation and issuing customs clearance instructions to couriers and brokers.
Office Administration; providing general administration support.Candidate Specification:
At least AAT qualified would be a great advantage.
Financial Reporting experience.
Strong organisation, time management, prioritisation and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally have experience with Export/Import documentation.
Knowledge of Payroll and payroll software.
SAP experience a great advantage.
