The Opportunity
We are working with a leading manufacturer in the engineering sector, currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their high-performing production team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in precision manufacturing, although full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and EDM machinery to produce high-precision products in small batch quantities.
- Perform in-process inspections using CMMs, optical systems, and hand tools, recording accurate measurements and data.
- Load and edit CNC programs as per work instructions.
- Maintain documentation including work orders and quality records via ERP systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any faults.
- Adhere to company safety policies, 5S standards, and wear appropriate PPE.
Working hours
Sunday 11pm - 6am, Monday to Thursday 10pm-6am
