About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new retail partners who align with the brand's values and goals. You'll also work to re-engage dormant accounts, offering tailored support to help maximise sales and drive long-term growth.
- Qualify new retail partner enquiries
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through calls, visits, networking, and client entertainment
- Onboard new customers in collaboration with area managers and senior project managers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand market reach
- Analyse event data for informed lead follow-up
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Passionate about design and brand storytelling
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a hands-on approach to sales
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or professional networking
- Possess a valid, full UK driving licence
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
