Community Marketing and Event Manager Devizes - Office-based Full Time Permanent £32,500pa We are excited to be recruiting for a Community Engagement Manager to join our client\'s friendly team in Devizes. As the Community Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all departments with ongoing projects, marketing and promotional activities to engage the local community, Duties and Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for organisations and community groups Deliver marketing and promotional material across multiple digital platforms and print To be responsible for the efficient management of events and event promotion Become the main point of contact between the Committee, local partners, local businesses and event organisers Support the development of communication strategies Liaise with stakeholders to promote new projects Coordinate with stakeholders to run events and annual activities Contract Management Investigate any complaints Deal with any incoming calls and in person enquiries We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience within a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be methodical and organised. Experience of working with local organisations and community groups would be beneficial. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience within events management Experience delivering marketing and promotional material and social media campaigns Experience of working across multiple teams Excellent communication skills This role will be 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and 9.00 am - 4.30 pm Friday There will be a need for occasional evening and weekend work to attend events (a day off in lieu will be given) CMD Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
