Business Co-Ordinator Location: Salisbury Plain, near Devizes, Wiltshire Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday Salary: Β£28,929 / Β£15.06 ph We are delighted to be supporting our client, a specialist organisation working within the defence and security sector, with the recruitment of a Business Co-Ordinator. This is a pivotal and varied role, ensuring the smooth running of site operations, managing customer requirements, and coordinating essential administrative and financial processes within a unique and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for staff, customers, and stakeholders, providing professional support and guidance. Oversee budgets, monitor expenditure and provide financial reporting. Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials and equipment. Maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards. Line manage and support the Receptionist. Coordinate and publish reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Manage statutory inspection registers and calibration schedules.About you: We\'re looking for an organised and proactive individual with: Strong background in business administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Experience of handling budgets and financial reporting.
