If you are an experienced Senior Projects Manager with a background in commercial fit-out or design & build, then I would very much like to hear from you!

We are supporting a multi-award winning and dynamic business with a proud company culture in appointing a Senior Projects Manager to lead the operational delivery of CAT A and CAT B design-and-build projects, typically valued from circa £1m to £10m. You'll be the day-to-day project lead: bringing together the client, design team, site team, consultants and supply chain; owning the programme; coordinating technical & design information; and making sure every project is delivered safely, beautifully and with no avoidable surprises.

This is a role for someone who loves making complex projects feel controlled: aligning people and information, solving problems early and staying close to the detail without losing sight of the client experience. If you enjoy turning an ambitious workplace design into a safe, coordinated and beautifully finished project, we’d love to hear from you!

Required experience and skills:

  • Strong project management experience within UK CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out, refurbishment or design and build.
  • Proven experience of programme management, mobilisation, logistics, design coordination, supply-chain leadership, quality control and handover.
  • Working knowledge of delivering & administering projects under the JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract, with the ability to recognise obligations, change, delay, notice and record requirements.
  • Current role-appropriate health and safety competence and site qualifications.
  • A degree, HNC/HND, NVQ or equivalent construction qualification; CIOB membership; SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid; and experience in occupied or higher-risk buildings would all be advantageous.

Why join?

  • You’ll be joining a growing company with a strong reputation in the commercial property sector and a genuinely supportive culture.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to lead distinctive, fast-moving workplace projects and see your decisions translated into real spaces.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and talented colleagues across Sales, Design, Commercial and Delivery.
  • Help shape clearer project controls, technical coordination and delivery standards as the business grows.
  • Develop and mentor junior colleagues while continuing to grow your own project management career.
  • Work in a creative, collaborative environment where great delivery and a brilliant client experience matter equally.

Most importantly, you’ll help ensure the company continues to be a brilliant place to work and a brilliant company to work with.
