Our client Cross Manufacturing, based in Midford, Bath, is looking to recruit additional Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team. Cross Manufacturing is a world-leading manufacturer of precision components, supplying products into the aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors.
As a Production Operative, you will be working within different areas of production, initially supporting the Winding department. The role will involve a mixture of manual work, operating machinery, quality checking, and producing components to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Operating machinery following training
- Producing components to required specifications
- Carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Using measuring equipment
- Completing production paperwork
- Following health & safety procedures
