Do you thrive working within a busy and diverse role and seeking a new fixed-term contract? Well if so, then this could be the position for you! My client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their well-established team in Andover. You will be providing daily administrative support to the business with an on-site project, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Job specifications: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems Prepare and distribute documentation Inputting information onto the in-house CRM Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Answering inbound calls Responding to queries via email and telephonePerson specifications: Previous administration experience Professional and confident telephone manner Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Sound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHours of work will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm (40 hours per week) and this role is 100% office based. *Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial* Successful candidates will be contacted within 7 working days of their applications, should you not hear from us within this time, please assume that your application was unsuccessful
