Our client is looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator to take on a crucial role in their Warminster Office. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records with a high degree of accuracy and integrity. This includes managing purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Your Responsibilities:
Record and post daily financial transactions to the appropriate ledgers.
Verify the accuracy of all financial data and ensure correct entries across the supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
Prepare accounts to the trial balance stage.
Conduct partial audits of the posting process to ensure data integrity.
Complete and submit relevant tax forms.
Manage data entry, maintain comprehensive records, and generate financial reports and statements.
Efficiently process accounts receivable and payable, as well as handle payroll in a timely manner.Your Sills & Expereince:
Proven expereince in a similar accounts role
AAT qualified, or working towards your AAT Level 1
Exceptional data entry skills & a strong aptitude for numerical data
Proficiency in accounting software
